Deeply textured wood cast in aluminum and finished with a black anodized coating. The rich matte black finish mixes beautifully with other pieces in wood or Chef’s Bright. Its heft and texture have many mistaking it for ceramic. Oven safe to 400°F, it is perfect for warm, hot or cold foods.

The platter is 10” square, 0.8” high and weighs 2 pounds.

Care - Anodized aluminum should be hand washed with dish soap and towel or air dried only. Any Scotchbite pad or nylon brush is fine if needed. Dishwasher use should be avoided. More about product care.
